I was working last weekend so I didn’t get a chance to cook a real meal for myself. Buuuut, I did go home super hungry Saturday night. Here’s the outcome:
Not bad right? It’s mostly just some ‘souped up’ (get it?) instant ramen. The only thing Ranch 99 had when I made a grocery run a week ago was the beef and tomato flavor. Not a favorite but not horrible either. I threw in leftover baby bok choy, bean sprouts, 1 egg, and some chili flakes. Total cook time: 15 minutes.
The Japanese Cheesecake was a recent experiment. It didn’t rise as much as it was supposed to but it was still nice, fluffy, and shockingly low calorie. I’ll blog about it when I try the recipe again.
