tofu broth seasoning

I eat Korean soft tofu stew almost once a week so I was pretty excited to come across this instant seasoning pack at the market. (Soft tofu not included.)

Now the picture doesn’t look like your usual soondubu but there was tofu, an egg, jalapenos, and (from the ingredient list) mussel juice. Score.

V. easy – boil water, add dry seasoning pack, add soft tofu, add oil seasoning pack. Just to be fancy I also put in shrimp, seaweed, and chopped green onions. It was way spicy – the kind that burns your throat (in a good way), nice and cheap (less than $2 for the entire pack of 3 servings), and really fast (cook time was 5 minutes). I’d def buy it again.
