udon quickie

Ranch 99 carries organic udon which I’ve been experimenting with. The latest attempt was this pork udon dish.


Ingredients: pork tenderloin, broccoli, green onion, carrots, cabbage, onions, garlic, red bell pepper, udon, soy sauce, honey, lemon juice.


  1. In a small pot, boil water for the udon. (Boil noodles for 3-4 minutes.)
  2. Saute garlic and onions in olive oil over high heat.
  3. Add pork and brown.
  4. Add carrots, bell pepper, cabbage, and broccoli.
  5. Add sauce of soy sauce, honey, and lemon juice.
  6. Add cooked udon. Gently stir.
  7. Add green onions before serving.
  8. Add salt and pepper to taste.
