mmmm… pork.

My mom left some pork chops at my apt after their last visit. I made pork chop sinigang with half of them and marinated a few slices overnight in a 2:1 mixture of vinegar and soy sauce with crushed garlic and cracked black pepper. After marinating, pan fry. The results were super good.


The sugar snap peas and mushrooms are lightly stir fried in sesame oil and seasoned with salt and pepper.
