sin hoi sai, tiong bahru
I’m sleepy but I’m a big fan of Sin Hoi Sai and I want to tell you all about it.
Er. I’m pretty sleepy so I’ll probably do more showing than actually telling.
Here we go.
You’ll need a drink to assist you in this. I recommend beer or, for the non-drinkers, some fresh aloe vera with crushed ice and a lemon. Aloe vera: it’s not just for burns anymore.
Order moonlight char kway teow. It’s glistening and it comes with a raw egg that you mix in. Get some sambal kangkong too.
Get these: prawn paste fried chicken. Falls under: sounds weird, tastes good.
Now this is important. MUST ORDER MARMITE PORK RIBS. Don’t question me. Look at the picture. You want to eat that, you know you do.
Get fat, be happy, the end. xoxo

PS. This is not a lunch place, open from 5pm to 5am.
okay–I “want” to eat the pork ribs, but…ewww. They’re “marmite” pork ribs. Why do they have to look so good?

Hey! It’s been a while since I left a comment, but I’m in Singapore for a week and been eating and taking pictures like crazy. We’re totally going to this place this week! I’ll reply with some pics soon!
